Painted Intentions

In March 2023, I launched a project on Kickstarter asking supporters to share a positive intention with me. It could be a word, a feeling, a mantra, a song — there really were no rules. In return, I would spend some time with their intention, turning it into an abstract work of art.

My hope with this project was that these paintings would become beautiful visual reminders to their owners of the words they hope to live by.

Currently, I am in the process of painting these 55 unique & deeply meaningful intentions and will be sharing some of my favorites here.

All paintings shown are 5” x 7” mixed media studies on watercolor paper. The titles are the intentions exactly as they was submitted to me.
